Arthur Lazaro

When Arthur was 9, he saw a segment on TV about the performance art group, Survival Research Labs. He didn't understand what he was seeing at the time but from then on, his world would be forever skewed towards the misfit, strange and unusual. Arthur studied fine art and animation in his youth, going on to film and graphic design at LMU, but it was a life-changing trip to Burning Man in the summer of 99 that led him towards production design and performance art. Arthur runs his own design company, fictiontech.net, and before finding Cirque Berzerk and The Wandering Marionettes, produced events with DJ Wolfie and Hipgenesis. Arthur likes Alan Moore, Tom Robbins, Niels Bohr, Joel Peter-Witkin, The Brothers Quay, Jan Svankmajer, Merzbow, The Legendary Pink Dots, Tibetan Mysticism and French Philosophy.
